Reservations are made according to these terms and conditions of sale. You are invited to read them carefully as you will be asked to accept them to validate and guarantee your reservation.
In the box below, you will find the amount of fees charged in the event of cancellation.
You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions on your screen.
If your reservation includes booking fees, please note that they are not refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause of the cancellation has occurred.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of the cancellation fees (except for non-refundable offers that cannot be cancelled).

The prices are displayed including VAT. The tourist tax, government or local taxes may be requested in addition.
Your room or apartment will be available at the reception from the time indicated below
On the day of your departure, you must leave your room/apartment at the latest at the time indicated below. The invoicing of an additional night may result from non-compliance with this departure deadline.
It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to notify us of your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late.

You will find, in the box below, the financial commitment that will be requested from you to validate and guarantee your reservation.
Payments must be made with a Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, through our secure web pages. Your credit card details will be encrypted with SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol up to 128 bits. Your credit card details can never be transferred over the Internet without encryption.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase and sale transactions concluded in application of these general terms and conditions of sale, concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and consequences, and which cannot be resolved between the Hotel and the Customer, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right for free access to a consumer mediator to settle disputes with a professional out of court, i.e. in this specific case with Hotel 29 Lepic. For this purpose, Hotel 29 Lepic guarantees the consumer effective recourse to a consumer mediating system. The formalities by which the process of mediation is implemented are specified by decree from the Council of State.

Hôtel 29 lepic also informs the Customer of the existence of a European platform for Online Dispute Resolution ("ODR") to which the Customer may have recourse. The Customer may access this platform via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
In accordance with article L.223-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial canvassing by telephone may, free of charge, register on an opposition list against telephone canvassing. This list is accessible via the following website: www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you do not have a right of withdrawal regarding accommodation services.
